Silky Sleek is a start-up and we would like to keep our collections limited and small. We start with 10-20 pieces per item, that's why we offer a pre-sale. In this way you don't have to worry about your new favorite headwear selling out. And you will be one of the lucky few to get one of the 10-20 pieces we're selling!

Yes, we do! Check out our Delivery & Returns for more information about rates. In the Netherlands and Belgium, shipping usually takes 1-2 business days after you place your order for a parcel to be delivered. In other countries it may take longer. Please know that we usually ship out the same day - however we can't influence the amount of days a local post service takes.

All products are designed and manufactured in Europe. Our fabrics and prints come from Italy.

We will refund your money within 14 days of receiving your return. Always keep the track & trace code of your shipment.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will have to return the item via the return process and order a new item via our website.

Our Kimonos come in two sizes: 36-38 and 40-42. Our headwear is one size fits all! However, if you still have questions, you can always contact our Customer Service.
