We process your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Delivery time for Silky Sleek products typically ranges from 2-7 business days.
- Netherlands, Belgium, Germany: 1-2 working days
- EU: 2-4 working days
- Non EU: 5-7 working days
*customs and import processing can add a few days depending on the local customs office flow and workload.

Return and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. If you're not satisfied with your Silky Sleek purchase, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund to the original payment method. Please note that we do not cover return costs.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as well.
Please note that Silky Sleek reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in brand new condition. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges, so if you've ordered the wrong product, you'll need to return it and place a new order.
If you're returning items to us, we recommend that you use tracked delivery for your parcels as we cannot be held responsible for any lost deliveries. Once we receive your package, we'll need 14 working days to process your return. Eligible returned items can be refunded via the original payment method or via store credit.
How to Return Your Item
Step 1: Fill in the return form. You can download it from our website.

Step 2: Create and print a return label and attach it to the Silky Sleek post mailer. Drop off your return at any post office near you. Please note that you'll need to cover the return costs, which means these forwarding-charges will be for your account.
Please note that for countries outside the EU, additional delivery, import, or tax costs may be charged by the shipping company.
